Given the increasing concern over Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the recently announced state of emergency in Colorado, we are reaching out to let you know that we are monitoring the situation closely and will be in touch with important updates as new information is released.

As of today, March 13, we are going forward with ZAPP services as normal. We will continue to monitor Coronavirus updates provided by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and the CDC and will respond according to their advice and guidance.

The impacts of COVID-19 are affecting everyone, including our own teams at ZAPP. While ZAPP hopes to continue to provide the level of technical support you have come to expect, as more pressing issues arise due to COVID-19, our teams will be focused on mitigating those concerns first. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

ZAPP is working with events on cancellations and postponements and will continue to add to this list. For those concerned with show cancellations, please get in touch with your show administrator as the decisions for refunds will be made by the show.

We send our best to all those affected by COVID-19 and hope that everyone stays healthy and safe in these uncertain times.

If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at contactzapp@westaf.org.
