In 1997, Ann Fleming and a group of volunteers founded Art In The Pearl, an outdoor art festival in Portland, Oregon. In this video, Ann shares how the festival first came together, how the organization turned to ZAPP in 2007 to manage applications, and the unique connections among artists made possible by the festival year after year.
