The ZAPP Show Information Notification has gotten an upgrade! This month, we’ve redesigned and reformatted the weekly email with new events and upcoming deadlines sent to ZAPP artists every Wednesday. Not only did we make some cosmetic changes, we also added a new section for featured events and updated our internal process for making sure every event is included in the notification at the right time.
A Look at the New Design
We know how important it is that your event is presented well. That’s why we’ve revamped the design of the notification to make it even more enticing to potential applicants. In addition to adding fresh colors and call-to-action buttons, the notification is now split into three, distinct sections:
- What’s Hot: Highlights the featured event for that week (see more information below).
- Upcoming Deadlines: Lists events that have deadlines coming up in the next 10 days.
- New Events: Lists events that are newly published and begun accepting applications in the past week.
Coming Soon: Feature Your Event in the New “What’s Hot” Section
As part of this upgrade, we’ve created a new section at the top of the show information notification called “What’s Hot” that will give you an opportunity to feature your listing! This dedicated space is open exclusively to ZAPP events that want to stand out from the crowd.
When you purchase the option to feature your event in one of our show information notifications, your event will be prominently featured at the top of the show information notification, grabbing the attention of artists right away. More details about this featured listing opportunity — including costs and how to sign up — will be announced soon!

We’re beyond excited about the improvements we’ve made to the show information notification, especially with the introduction of the “What’s Hot” section for featured events.
